The estate itself is a secluded collection of six beautifully restored Lanna-style wooden houses and rice barns, each serving as a quiet gallery for historical pieces while offering the seamless comforts of modern living.

Located on the 2nd floor, this semi open-air Thai-style wooden villa has an air-conditioned bedroom which can also be open-air with a mosquito screening. Surrounded by bamboo, it features a semi-outdoor bathroom with a bathtub. It also offers a semi-outdoor lounge area with partial views of the mountains and gardens. ;
Artisan Teak Suite with Free One Way Airport Transfer. Located on the ground floor, features king size bed, air conditioning and wooden pillars in a traditional house. Comes with an en-suite shower room and a private courtyard offering garden views. This room type is has wheelchair access. ;
Sticky Rice Barn Mountain and Golden Chedi View with Free One Way Airport Transfer. Detached Thai-style house features an antique Burmese bed, high ceilings and teak interiors. It comes with a bathtub and balcony with hammock. Ground floor features master double bedroom with air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom with a claw foot bathtub and separate indoor lounge area with a day bed.
